- It's normal to notice a lighter cough or a clearer nose during or after a session.

- Sessions start on time — please arrive 10 minutes early.

You settle into a recliner, the lights dim, quiet music plays and the halogenerator starts. For 45 minutes you simply breathe normally. Many people read, meditate or fall asleep.

The room is pleasantly cool rather than warm-warm, and blankets are always available.
Some people notice a slight tickle in the throat from the dry salt air. It passes quickly. If you have a health condition, speak to your GP before booking.

Yes — children are welcome from 6 months old and are always accompanied by a parent, who stays in the room.
Group sessions have up to 6 people. If you prefer the room to yourselves, private hire is available.
There is a soft, steady hum from the halogenerator, plus quiet music. Nothing else.
You book online with a 50% or 100% deposit. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before, one free reschedule per booking, and the deposit is lost on a no-show.
